You can collaborate, exchange insights, and participate in exclusive events both online and In person held by Microsoft or MCT community. Membership of MCT program is an annually renewable which is depends on your active certifications and your Training feedback score which measures from MTM.

To becoming the MCT you have to complete 2 requirements:

1. Hold an active certification
2. Complete the training from ISCP

Instructional Skills Certification Provider (ISCP) are Microsoft nominated authorized institute that holds the rights to provide Microsoft Certified Trainer Training to new Aspirant. Here you will learn the methodology of teaching Microsoft Official courses in industry.

This is specified program that approved by Microsoft where ISCP authorized trainer will helps you to explore Microsoft Training Platform and community. This not only help you to connect with your fellow MCTs but also you will learn how to use Microsoft official resources in your trainings.

It is 4 weeks program where your trainer will teach you all the tools that makes you better instructor in industry.
